If you – like us – have decided to stay in the city, and enjoy the beautiful Naples, come and visit us.Umberto is open only for dinner from 8th to 30th of August, with the exception of 15th August, when it will be open for lunch and dinner.

In August Naples is beautiful, the city is less chaotic and is embellished with attractions such as shows, small events. Everything acquires more intimate characters, and it is precisely for this reason that, the month of August, represents the right time to become tourists in your own city, Naples, one of the most beautiful places in the world, a place that we, citizens, sometimes give for granted. Do not miss the opportunity to take a walk on the Naples waterfront, from which you can admire Vesuvius, the Gulf, Capri … Or to walk along Via dei Mille, the historic street dedicated to shopping, or to enjoy the beauties of Chiaia district and Piazza dei Martiri. All this in total relax.

Umberto awaits you for dinner, where you can choose the menu suitable for all needs and tastes. Do not miss the special dishes chosen by Umberto for this summer such as: Meatballs with chickpeas from Cicerale and prawns with Provola d’Agerola fondue, the Summer Caprese salad with Sorrento tomatoes, confit tomatoes, Mozzarella di Bufala Campana Dop and oregano , Potato gnocchi with green chillies, Provola d’Agerola, cherry tomatoes and Cilento Cacioricotta, Meatballs from Nonna Ermelinda in three cookings (fried, baked and steamed) with eggplant parmigiana, Pizza Scarpariello – the vegetarian historical  Umberto’s pizza with italian peeled tomato , garlic, extra virgin olive oil, Parmesan and pepper, Nonno Umberto’s Pizza Marinara with Piennolo cherry tomatoes preserve, garlic, oregano, Mediterranean tuna, basil and Agerola Provola cheese.

Do not miss the classic, seasonal pizzas (based on the products that reign in the kitchen during the summer) or the cult proposed in Umberto where tradition is combined with creativity, the historical prerogative of the restaurant.
